The 2018 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival marked our fourth year at the fest. Matt Dayak and I always look forward to our time in the trailer and this year we had a freezer full of the world's best ice cream sandwiches! Big ol' thanks to The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust for having us back and to all of our sponsors: 3 Rivers Outdoor Co., Leona's Ice Cream Sandwiches, and our buds at Commonwealth Press. I know I say this a lot but I can't say it enough: thanks to Chris and John at Peluso Microphone Lab.
The 2017 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival is in the can! Matt Dayak and I had a blast hanging out in our trailer for 10 days recording and filming some really fantastic acts. For me, every year we're able to do this, it feels like a vacation. Honestly, if I spent the rest of my professional life hanging out in construction trailers recording bands at festivals, I'd be pretty happy! Much gratitude to the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and to this year's sponsors Bootstrap Design Co. and Monmade. As always, I want to thank our good buddies at the best damn microphone company in the land, Peluso Microphone Lab!
2016 marked the second year in a row we've been invited to shoot our video series, Peluso Microphone Lab Presents: Yellow Couch Sessions, onsite at the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival. This festival, which just celebrated its 57th year, presents free concerts from some of the most exciting artists working in music today. My video partner, Matt Dayak and I would like to thank the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust for having us back and all of the artists who took time to stop by our pop-up Yellow Couch Studio to share their talents.
